Pre-K Counts

Pre-K Counts is a preschool funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, also offered at no cost to families. CSC operates multiple Pre-K Counts sites, some of which are a combination of Pre-K Counts and Head Start children. The Pre-K Counts program embodies the Early Learning Standards established by Pennsylvania. Each site of 20 students has two teachers who meet or exceed state requirements for early childhood education and receive ongoing training.
